1. Information About Us

The services provided under the Pressific brand are owned and operated by Tech Generation Ltd (“The Company”), a private limited company incorporated in England & Wales (Company No. 09248318), which has been operating since 2011. Our registered office is located at Dalton House, 60 Windsor Avenue, London SW19 2RR, United Kingdom.
By using our services, you agree to these terms in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Subscription Services & Trials

Pressific offers high-performance managed hosting and security.

  • 30-Day Trial Policy: Where a 30-day trial is provided, it is intended to allow for full evaluation of our infrastructure. Consequently, the first payment processed following the expiration of a trial is non-refundable.
  • No Lock-in Commitment: We do not believe in trapping clients. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation Terms: Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle to ensure no immediate disruption to your site. The subscription will not renew, and no further charges will be incurred.

 

3. Design & Bespoke Projects

For custom design, development, or one-off projects, we operate a fair-usage refund policy:

  • Project Commencement: Upon engagement, we immediately allocate senior resources, research time, and administrative costs.
  • Minimum Commitment: If a project is cancelled after an upfront fee has been paid, a minimum non-refundable fee of £300 + VAT (UK Clients) or $400 USD (International) applies to cover these initial costs.
  • Pro-Rata Refunds: Any remaining balance from an upfront fee will be refunded based on a calculation of software licenses purchased and professional hours already spent.
  • License Portability: Any third-party software licenses purchased specifically for your project will be transferred to your ownership upon the settlement of the final project invoice.

4. Data Portability & The "Exit Strategy"

We believe you should stay with Pressific because of our quality, not because it’s hard to leave.

  • Full Autonomy: We do not restrict the use of backup or migration plugins (such as Updraft Plus). You are free to generate a full backup of your site at any time.
  • Migration Support: While we provide a seamless environment for your site to thrive, our technical support desk does not perform manual migrations to external providers.

5. AI-Driven Security & Fair Use

To protect our global infrastructure, all sites are monitored by our proprietary AI threat-adaptation technology.

  • Abuse Policy: Any attempt to use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to hosting malware, phishing, or outbound attacks, will result in immediate termination without refund.
  • AI Infrastructure Protection: Users may not conduct intentional "stress tests" or "penetration tests" against our AI security engine without prior written consent.
  • Intellectual Property: Pressific retains all rights to its proprietary AI software and server configurations. Clients retain full ownership of their original content and design assets once final payments are cleared.

 

6. Communication & Support

  • Zero-Spam Policy: We do not send marketing newsletters or upsells. Official communications are limited to performance reports, security alerts, and individually drafted emails regarding your account.
  • Support Boundaries: Support is handled via our dedicated helpdesk. We do not provide programming or third-party application debugging beyond the scope of your management plan.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

While our AI technology provides industry-leading defence, no system is infallible. Tech Generation Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or data corruption arising from third-party actions, provided the Company has maintained standard service protocols.
