General

(i) Each contract for the supply of Information Technology services (the “Business Service”) by TECH GENERATION LTD (“TECH GENERATION), including the trading names of; Pressific and Fusion Bear, to any Customer (the “Customer”) shall be on the terms set out in these Conditions. The Sign-Up Form as accepted by TECH GENERATION (the “Sign Up Form”) and these conditions constitute the contract and any such contract between the Customer and TECH GENERATION and any particular case is referred to as the “Agreement”.

(ii) These Conditions override and take the place of any other terms and conditions which the Customer may seek to use or include.

(iii) The Customer represents and warrants that it is entering into the Agreement for the purposes of and in the course of its business.

The Business Service

In order that it may continue and maintain the level and quality of the Business Service provided TECH GENERATION reserves the right at all times to change or alter the Business Service provided under the Agreement. TECH GENERATION shall wherever possible give at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Customer of any such change or alteration.

(i) TECH GENERATION will provide 30 days notice on the website.

(ii) Continuance of use of TECH GENERATION’s services, is deemed as acceptance of any revised terms.

Accessing our website

https://www.pressific.com, https://fusionbear.com, https://www.techgeneration.uk (and any subdomains) are sites operated by Tech Generation. Access to our sites is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our sites without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our sites are unavailable at any time or for any period.
